THE MODBOX INFORMATION GUIDE

I looked through the guide in order to determine what sort of activities are being done in a typical MODBOX training session. I discovered that there are many circuit training exercises which work well with a group and are rotated. Different fitness moves such as: punches with weights, lunges, pushups, squats, arm raises, burpees etc. Activities with a bag involve remembering different types of punches (jab, cross, straight lead hand, uppercut etc), transitioning from short to long punches and dodging and ducking.


The first image depicts the types of actions recommended for MODBOX bag work.




The second image depicts a typical MODBOX training session which involves games and frequent breaks and discussions. It also involves skill development through the demonstration of punch drills. There are many other examples of typical training sessions however most have the same format.


The purpose of analysing the existing MODBOX activities allows appropriate solutions to fit in with these activities.
